For samosa strips:

White flour ½ kg
Clarified butter 3 tbsp
Oil for fry
Salt to taste
For filling
Boneless chicken 200 gm
Chopped onion 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
Egg 1
Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

For stripes:

In a mixing bowl add ½ kg white flour with 3 tbsp clarified butter, salt to taste and as required water to knead and leave it for a while and roll it with rolling pin. For filling: in a pan heat 2 to 3 tbsp oil to heat and add 200 gm boneless chicken with 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste to fry.

Then add 1 chopped onion to fry. Then add 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp all spice powder and salt to taste. Now suate it and leave it to cool. Now put the filling in the strips and brush the edges with egg and fold it. In a pan heat oil and deep fry it. Serve with salad leaves and chutney.
