Ingredients

Big green chilies 6 – 7
Lemon (juice) 2
Dry mango powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Chaat masala ½ tsp
Chili powder ½ tsp
Turmeric ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp

Method

• Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tsp dry mango powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp chaat masala, ½ tsp chili powder, ¼ tsp turmeric and salt to taste.
• Fry well adding a little water, slit 6 – 7 big green chilies.
• Stuff chilies with a little masala, put stuffed chilies in the remaining masala.
• Cover and simmer on low flame for 2 – 3 minutes.
• Lastly dish it out, sprinkle lemon juice on top. Serve hot.
